Overall Goal
To instill the passion in every individual to be aware of his/her Shadow Behavior and to consistently use the tools to replace Shadow Behavior with Best Self Behavior, thereby unleashing additional productivity and profit, and enabling both the individual and the company to achieve their maximum potential.
Underlying Principles
An individual and corporate commitment is made to the following: Embracing the training and tools to replace Shadow Behavior with Best Self Behavior; Becoming a SoulData® company with a constantly improving Best Self Index; Not accepting or tolerating Shadow Behavior. Best Self Behavior becomes the standard throughout the company – all levels, all departments – no exceptions; The company is supportive and people help one another in this process.

One-stop shop – a full service system called SoulData®. An integrated approach that incorporates assessments, workshops, proven proprietary tools, measurement, feedback and coaching. A system where the components were designed to fit together for consistency and synergy.
The SoulData®Steps
Assessment
Evaluation of the current culture and behavioral “norms”. Review of prior training and development programs. In-person interviews with key personnel. Review of relevant performance data such as employee surveys, customer responses, etc. Results in a customized strategy to eliminate Shadow Behavior
Training
Interactive, fun and fast-paced. Multimedia approach. Series of four, half-day workshops Taps into the creative as well as logical energy of the group. Answers directly “what’s in it for me?” Emphasis on personal and interpersonal strategies for change. Experiential learning – games, visualization, drawing, role plays.
Feedback & Measurement
360 degree tool for all workshop participants called “Best Self Survey.” Survey input is anonymous and confidential. Personal profiles interpreted and discussed during one of the workshops. One-on-one sessions are also available. Self-assessment compares personal perceptions to those of others. Best Self Index measures personal growth and progress. Group data is compiled by teams and departments for further analysis and trending.
Coaching & Reinforcement
Management team coaching is provided to foster commitment to Best Self culture.
Addresses strategies for:
• accountability
• recognition for Best Self Behaviors consequences of Shadow Behaviors
• personal leadership and modeling of Best Self Behaviors
• making Best Self culture a priority.
